Summary

This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called AZD5863 in adults with advanced stomach, esophageal junction, or pancreatic cancers that have spread. The drug is designed to help the body's own immune cells find and attack cancer cells. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the treatment can shrink tumors in people whose cancer has worsened after prior treatments.
