Summary
This early-stage study aimed to check the safety and see how the body processes a single dose of a new drug called AZD5148. It involved 16 healthy Japanese adults who received the drug either as a shot in the muscle or through an IV. The main goal was to monitor for any side effects and measure how long the drug stays in the body, which is a standard first step before testing in people who are sick.
