Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called AZD4360 in adults with advanced stomach, bile duct, or pancreatic cancers that have not responded to prior treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 117 participants will take part across multiple sites.
