Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new oral medication called AZD0780 to see if it safely lowers LDL (bad) cholesterol. The trial involves 40 healthy adults who already have elevated cholesterol levels. Participants will take either the experimental drug or a placebo daily for 28 days while researchers monitor cholesterol changes and safety.
