First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tests a drug called axatilimab in Chinese patients who have chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) that did not get better with other treatments. cGVHD is a complication after a stem cell transplant where the donor cells attack the patient's body. The goal is to see if axatilimab is safe and can reduce symptoms. About 30 participants aged 12 and older will take the drug and be monitored for side effects and response.
