New cancer drug enters first human trials for advanced tumors

Summary
This is the first study in people testing a new drug called AVZO-103 for advanced cancers that have spread. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors in adults with advanced bladder cancer or other solid tumors. The study will test the drug alone and in combination with other therapies.
