Summary

This study tests whether two drugs, avutometinib and defactinib, can slow or shrink tumors in people with a specific type of advanced stomach cancer called diffuse gastric cancer. About 27 participants who have already tried at least one standard treatment will receive the drug combination. The main goal is to see how long the cancer stays under control and if the treatment is safe.
