Summary
This study is for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has a specific genetic change called a KRAS mutation and has stopped responding to standard treatments. Researchers are testing the safety and effectiveness of combining two drugs, AVUTOMETINIB and cetuximab. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors.
