Summary

This study looked at whether using augmented virtual reality (AVR) during chemotherapy sessions can help reduce pain, stress, and anxiety, and improve confidence in adult cancer patients. 150 patients with breast or colon cancer were split into two groups: one received AVR during treatment, the other received standard care. The goal was to see if AVR makes the chemotherapy experience more comfortable.
