Summary
This study tests a drug called avelumab in 25 people with advanced penile cancer who cannot have standard chemo or whose cancer got worse after chemo. Avelumab works by blocking a protein that helps tumors hide from the immune system, which may shrink or slow the cancer. The main goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink.
