Summary
This study tested whether an automated device called FlowSure can measure urine output more accurately than the usual manual method in hospital patients with a urinary catheter. 75 adults took part, and researchers compared the two methods over 8-hour and 24-hour periods. The goal was to see if automation leads to more complete and precise urine monitoring, which could improve patient safety.
