Scientists launch major hunt for clues to mysterious 'Fever' diseases

NCT ID NCT02974595

Summary

This study aims to learn more about rare, lifelong conditions where the body's immune system causes harmful inflammation, leading to fevers, rashes, and organ damage. Researchers will observe up to 3,200 people with these diseases, their healthy relatives, and volunteers over many years to track symptoms, collect samples, and search for genetic causes. The goal is to gather knowledge that could lead to better ways to manage these diseases in the future.
