Summary
This study tested a program called Autism Eats, designed to help children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) eat more fruits and vegetables and try new foods. The program was offered through early intervention services for children up to 36 months old. Researchers compared the program to standard care to see if it improved diet quality and reduced mealtime behavior problems.
