Summary
This study aims to translate and test an Italian version of a specialized assessment tool for adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) who are involved with the criminal justice system. Researchers will enroll 100 adults with ASD across three groups: those in forensic psychiatric care, those in correctional facilities, and those in community mental health services without criminal history. The goal is to see if this tool can help experts better understand how autism-related traits might relate to criminal responsibility and judicial decisions.
