Sound relief: audio therapy tested for psoriasis anxiety

Summary
This study looks at whether a single session of audio-based therapy can reduce anxiety in adults with psoriasis. About 120 people will listen to a 23-30 minute audio program at home and report their anxiety levels before and after. The goal is to find an easy, accessible way to help manage anxiety that often comes with psoriasis.
