NCT ID NCT05555745

Summary

This study tested whether listening to specific audio programs could help reduce symptoms of depression. 101 adults with moderate or higher depression symptoms were randomly assigned to listen to one of two different audio-based programs over two weeks. Researchers measured changes in depression, anxiety, stress, and mood at several points to see if the audio interventions helped.
