Crack or no crack? study tests if popping sound boosts pain relief

Summary
This study looks at whether hearing a popping sound during a spinal manipulation (like a chiropractic adjustment) changes how much pain relief and satisfaction people feel. About 38 adults with non-specific neck and upper back pain will be split into two groups: those who hear the sound and those who don't. Their pain, neck movement, and satisfaction will be checked before and 48 hours after the treatment.
