New drug tested for relief of severe itching

Summary
This is an early-stage study to check if a new drug called ATTO1310 is safe for people and how long it stays in the body. It will involve 108 healthy adults and people with atopic dermatitis (eczema) or chronic itching. Researchers will compare the drug to a placebo to see if it causes any side effects and measure how the body processes it.
