Summary
This study compares three different surgical ablation techniques (Cox-Maze IV, Tampa 2, and EnCompass alone) to treat atrial fibrillation, a common heart rhythm disorder. The main goal is to see which method best keeps the heart in normal rhythm one year after surgery.
