First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests whether atosiban, a drug that relaxes the uterus, can improve live birth rates in women who have had previous embryo implantation failures and abnormal uterine contractions. About 792 women aged 20-40 will receive either atosiban or a placebo before a single embryo transfer. The goal is to see if atosiban helps more women have a successful pregnancy and live birth.
