First seen Mar 05, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests whether combining atomoxetine with a new hypnotic drug, DAW2022, can reduce the severity of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in 18 adults with moderate-to-severe OSA. The goal is to find a better-tolerated alternative to current treatments by measuring breathing pauses and oxygen levels during sleep.
