First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests a new drug called ATO-101™ in 24 people with non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer that has not responded to standard treatments. The drug delivers a short-range radioactive particle directly to cancer cells in the bladder, aiming to destroy tumors while sparing healthy tissue. The main goal is to find the safest dose and check for side effects.
