Summary
This study looks at the body shape, diet, exercise habits, and supplement use of athletes with disabilities. Researchers will measure things like weight, height, body fat, and muscle mass, and ask about food intake. The goal is to better understand how to support the health and performance of these athletes. About 300 Spanish athletes with physical, visual, or hearing disabilities will take part.
