Summary
This study aims to describe the body composition, eating habits, and exercise patterns of 300 Spanish athletes with disabilities. Researchers will measure things like body fat, muscle mass, and food intake. The goal is to fill a gap in knowledge to help these athletes perform better and stay healthier.
