Summary
This study looks at a minimally invasive procedure called atherectomy that removes plaque from blocked leg arteries. It involves 60 people with severe limb-threatening ischemia, a condition where blood flow is so poor that pain or sores occur. The goal is to see if this procedure can restore blood flow without needing more surgery.
