Experimental combo targets lung cancer that resists First-Line immunotherapy
NCT ID NCT04911166
First seen Mar 24, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This early-stage study tested a combination of an immunotherapy drug (atezolizumab) and a gene therapy (ADV/IL-12) in 13 people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that had worsened after initial immunotherapy. The main goal was to check safety and see if the combination could stop or shrink the cancer. The study was terminated early, so results are limited.
