Summary
This study looked at 70 people with advanced small cell lung cancer who were too weak for standard treatments. They received a combination of the immunotherapy drug atezolizumab plus chemotherapy. The goal was to see if this approach could help them live longer and control the cancer better, while being safe enough for their condition.
