First seen Feb 21, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This early-phase study is testing whether combining two drugs (atezolizumab and bevacizumab) with targeted radiation (SBRT) is safe and tolerable for people with liver cancer that cannot be surgically removed. About 20 participants will receive the combination treatment. The goal is to find the best dose and understand side effects, while also tracking how well the cancer responds.
