Summary
This study looks at whether injecting atelocollagen and hyaluronic acid (HA) during shoulder surgery helps torn rotator cuff tendons heal better. About 124 adults aged 40-75 having arthroscopic repair will receive one or both substances or no injection. Researchers will track healing with MRI and check pain, function, and movement for two years.
