Summary
This study looks at whether injecting atelocollagen and hyaluronic acid (HA) during rotator cuff repair surgery helps the tendon heal better. 124 adults aged 40-75 with a torn rotator cuff will receive one of these injections alone or together, or no injection. Researchers will check healing with MRI and measure pain, function, and movement over 2 years.
