Summary
This study tests whether a home-based rehab program using a smartphone app and support from a community health worker can help stroke survivors improve their mobility, daily activities, and mood. Eleven uninsured stroke survivors from the Brownsville, Texas area took part within three months of their first stroke. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and effective for real-world use.
