Summary
This study compares new oxygen devices to standard masks for people in the ICU with breathing failure and high carbon dioxide levels. The goal is to see if the new devices are more comfortable and help remove CO2 better. About 24 adults will take part, and the study focuses on breathing effort, CO2 clearance, and comfort.
