Summary
This study compares a new oxygen delivery device (asymmetrical high-flow nasal cannula) to standard oxygen methods in 63 adults recovering from heart surgery. The goal is to see if the new device helps patients breathe better and avoid needing a breathing tube again. Participants must be stable and have low oxygen levels after surgery.
