Summary

This study tests a new oxygen device (asymmetrical high-flow nasal cannula) for heart surgery patients who have low oxygen levels after surgery. 63 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either the new device, a standard high-flow device, or a regular oxygen mask. The goal is to see if the new device helps patients avoid needing more intensive breathing support.
