First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study looks at whether making tiny laser cuts on the cornea (called arcuate incisions) along with implanting a special lens that can be adjusted after surgery (Light Adjustable Lens) can better correct astigmatism in people having cataract surgery. About 60 adults will take part. The goal is to see how many lens adjustments are needed and how much astigmatism remains after healing.
