Can your tongue and pulse reveal asthma clues? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT07383883
First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looks at whether tongue images and pulse wave data can help doctors better understand and monitor asthma in children. Researchers will collect these non-invasive measurements from 1,000 kids aged 5-18 during routine check-ups and compare them with standard lung function tests. The goal is to find new, objective ways to classify asthma types and track disease control, not to test a treatment.
