Summary
This study tests a community program in Xishui, China, to find and help adults aged 35+ who may have undiagnosed asthma. About 7,400 participants will be split into two groups: one gets extra health checks, lung tests, education, and digital support, while the other only fills out a questionnaire. The goal is to see if the program improves asthma knowledge, lung testing rates, and asthma control after one year.
