Summary
This study looks at whether a special community health program can help find and manage asthma in adults aged 35 and older who may have the condition but are not yet diagnosed. About 7,400 people in Xishui, China, will take part. The program includes health questionnaires, lung function tests, and support to see a doctor, while a comparison group only fills out questionnaires. The goal is to see if this approach improves asthma knowledge, lung testing rates, and asthma control after one year.
