New inhaler targets hidden asthma airways

NCT ID NCT07241546

Summary

This study is testing whether an inhaled medication called ARO-RAGE can help control small airway problems in people with mild asthma when they're exposed to allergens. Researchers will enroll 36 adults with stable, mild allergic asthma and measure how their airways react after controlled allergen exposure. The goal is to see if this treatment can better manage asthma symptoms triggered by allergies.
