First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This early-stage study tested a new drug called SAR443765 in 36 people to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. Healthy adults received single or multiple doses, while people with mild-to-moderate asthma received a single dose. The goal was to check for side effects and measure drug levels in the blood, not to treat asthma long-term.
