First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This early-stage study tested a new drug called SAR443765 in 36 people to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. Healthy volunteers received single or multiple doses, while people with mild-to-moderate asthma got a single dose. The main goal was to check for side effects, not to measure how well it treats asthma.
