This study compared two exercises—upper back rotation stretches and shoulder blade squeezes—in 54 adults with chronic asthma. The goal was to see which better improves chest expansion, lung function, and shortness of breath. Both exercises aim to loosen tight muscles and improve posture, helping the lungs expand more fully.
