Summary
This study aims to create and test a digital tool to screen and manage asthma and allergic diseases in nearly 10,000 Chinese adults. Participants will use a platform to track symptoms and behaviors for at least a year, and some will try non-drug approaches like allergen-proof bedding, guided exercise, or a Mediterranean diet. The goal is to see if these strategies improve disease control and quality of life.
