Summary
This study aims to create and test a digital screening and management system for adults with asthma and allergies. About 9,666 participants will use a digital platform for at least a year to track symptoms and behaviors, while some will also try non-drug strategies like anti-mite bedding, exercise, or a Mediterranean diet. The goal is to see if these approaches improve disease control and quality of life.
