Summary
This study tests whether Astepro nasal spray can help manage early COVID-19 symptoms and lower the amount of virus in adults. About 280 people with a positive COVID-19 test will use the spray or a placebo for 10 days. Researchers will track symptoms, viral load, and whether the spray reduces spread to close contacts.
