Summary
This study looks at whether astaxanthin, a natural supplement, can help badminton players recover faster and perform better during intense competitions. Fourteen experienced players will take the supplement and be tested for endurance, strength, and fatigue markers. The goal is to see if astaxanthin can reduce muscle damage and oxidative stress caused by exercise.
