Heart valve study: which blood thinner works best after TAVR?

Summary
This study looks at two common blood thinners, aspirin and clopidogrel, to see which one better prevents small blood clots on the new heart valve after a TAVR procedure. About 254 people with severe aortic stenosis will take both drugs for 4 weeks after surgery, then switch to just one of them for the rest of the study. The goal is to find the safest and most effective way to protect the valve and reduce stroke risk.
