Summary

This study tests whether adding ticagrelor or cilostazol to aspirin is better at preventing new strokes in people who recently had a minor stroke or TIA. 900 adults aged 18-75 will take one of the two combinations for 90 days. Researchers will track how many have another stroke and any bleeding side effects.
