Aspirin may help fight ovarian cancer by calming immune suppression

Summary
This early-phase study tests whether adding aspirin to standard chemotherapy can reduce immune-suppressing cells inside ovarian tumors. About 100 women with ovarian, fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer will take aspirin alongside chemo before surgery. Researchers will compare tumor samples taken before and after treatment to see if aspirin helps the immune system fight the cancer better.
