First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This pilot study checks if it's possible to run a larger trial on low-dose aspirin for people with early, symptom-free coronary artery disease. About 48 adults with signs of artery blockage but no symptoms will be randomly assigned to take aspirin or not. The main goal is to see how many people can be recruited and randomized, not to measure health outcomes.
